This rental home was absolute paradise! Located in a quiet neighborhood. The main and guest house living spaces are both extremely nice with wonderful amenities. The fully stocked kitchen and full sized refrigerator in the main house allowed for a number of meals so we weren’t eating out every meal, but there’s plenty of great restaurants nearby if that’s what you prefer. The Walmart Neighborhood Market less than a mile away was super convenient and made for easy grocery shopping. Both bedrooms in the main house and sleeping area in the guest house are very nice, and both bathrooms are too. The grill was clean and worked great. The patio is super nice and very private. Pool was kept warm so we were able to swim even if it was chilly outside. I searched long and hard on Airbnb before I found this property, and was so happy I did! Cody and Lauren are great hosts, proactive in providing all details, and very responsive! If I’m ever in the area again this is the place I want to be!

This home was absolutely stunning! We got married in the backyard with just our family and had the time of our lives. Cody and Lauren were accommodating and always quick to respond. Not to mention, the beds & bedding were so comfy! Will be back every year! ♡

Great place to spend of Sarasota vacation. We had some cool weather at the start of stay, but were still able to enjoy the sauna, spa and heated pool. Property was close to local attractions and beach, but garden landscape gave a sense of privacy and peace. Would stay again!

House was amazing! Heated pool was great! House was in a perfect location close to awesome beaches and not far from Sarasota. House itself was great and the hosts always responded extremely quick and made it so we didn’t need/want for anything. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous home! It’s perfectly located—within a 15-minute drive to the beach and waterfront restaurants, and conveniently within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The backyard was a true highlight, with a beautiful pool and hot tub that we enjoyed every day. The house was very clean, thoughtfully laid out, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The arcade room and putt-putt area provided endless entertainment for everyone. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We loved staying at Lauren and Cody’s. It was close to family fun activities and easy to get around. It was an easy 5 minute drive to feed flamingos, mini golf with alligators, and multiple grocery stores. The pool was fun and the noodles the condo provided were put to good use. It was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay and visit great grandparents at Sarasota Bay Club. We will be back!

This was our second Christmas as Cody and Lauren’s place and it was just as great as the first! We loved walking the Bradenton Public Market and Manatee Beach. The pool and hot tub were the perfect oasis from snowy Ohio. Highly recommend this comfortable, private house for your next get away!

We absolutely loved our stay—this Airbnb far exceeded our expectations. The space was immaculate, quiet, beautifully decorated, and felt truly high-end and luxurious while still being warm and welcoming. Everything was well stocked and thoughtfully laid out. The hosts were responsive, gracious, professional, and a pleasure to communicate with. The pool was beautiful and perfectly warm, which our daughter especially loved, and the surrounding foliage made the space feel private and serene. The extra room in the studio was a huge plus, allowing us to be together with family while still having privacy—it was very well designed and comfortable. The beds and linens were excellent. The neighborhood was incredibly peaceful at night, making it wonderfully restful. We enjoyed seeing peacocks nearby, appreciated the walkability, and loved the central location—close to everything, the airport, Siesta Key, and Jungle Gardens. It truly felt like home, and we would happily stay here again!
