Good to know

This beautifully remodeled home is comfortable, clean and inviting. It's the perfect place to vacation as its close to world renowned beaches and IMG academy. It's been setup to make life easy and to entertain. Great for holiday dinners as there is seating for 16. Just bring your suitcase and swim suit! The pool is solar heated which is included with your stay. For an additional fee we can heat the pool up even more using the electric heater. Please contact us if interested. Check-in: 5:00pm Check-out: 11:00am Due to high occupancy and strict cleaning schedules we are unable to accommodate Late check-outs or early check-ins. PLEASE refrain from inquiring about this.

House Rules

No unapproved gatherings or parties or you will be asked to leave with no refund. Any noise complaints will result in you being asked to leave with no refund. - If it's in the house it is available for use but if you break it, you buy it. The house is thoroughly screened before each guest arrives to ensure everything is functioning properly. - We expect the garbage can to be taken to the curb and retrieve it for collection on Tuesday and Friday mornings. A $50 fee will be charged if this is not done. - LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Renter represents, warrants, acknowledges and agrees with The Owner that he/she will use the Property and its facilities in accordance with The Terms and Conditions above and the Information provided and that he/she does so at his/her own risk and that he/she indemnifies and saves The Owner harmless from any personal injury, sickness or death, loss or damage, however caused, to person or property of The Renter, his/her family, or guests, before during or after the time of occupancy. Further, he/she accepts full responsibility for the use of the Property and any recreational equipment such as bikes, etc. and agree to pay for any damage of said equipment, other than for normal wear and tear. - By booking, you agree to these rules and understand that your deposit will be forfeited if they are broken.

Cody and Lauren’s place is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Right when you walk in the door it smells so good and is so clean and beautiful! We had such a fun time in the pool and playing games. I hope we can reserve this place again in the future. I loved it so much. And so close to the beach and so much to do!!! Thank you so so much. We had a wonderful time.

This place exceeded our expectations. The layout of the living and kitchen was spacious, the pool and jacuzzi also very well kept. The design and quality of every detail of the home was amazing. We had a very great time here, you wont be missing out on anything if you stay here!

Not enough wonderful things to say about our stay! I took my 5 and 6 year old nephew on their first vacation here, and they absolutely hated to leave! We are already so excited for our next trip here! Plenty of things to do around the house. Plus the beach is a quick drive down the road. Can’t wait to come back!

I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided clear instructions for check-in. The place was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all the attractions. I loved the cozy atmosphere and the thoughtful touches throughout the space, from the comfortable bedding to the well-equipped kitchen. One of the highlights was the lovely outdoor patio, where I enjoyed my morning coffee while soaking in the beautiful scenery. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. When we walked into the house for the first time we were shocked at how big it was! This was the first Airbnb we'd stayed in where the house was even nicer than the pictures!! The pool/hot tub are really important to us on these trips...it was unbelievably clean, new, and quiet. The backyard is so private and gorgeous. The inside decor is so perfect and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. I can't say enough about this house, it was the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. My husband got to play Donkey Kong for hours and relive his teenage years of the 80's and my teenage son loved Play Station. We played pool at night and enjoyed the hot tub after dinner. It was so nice to look forward to going "home" after a few hours at the beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We felt so comfortable and happy at this beautiful home. Wow. What a place. Open concept, fully stocked, lots of entertainment folded in. Tremendous value. Quiet location. The pool is great and gets lots of sun and getting the heat turned on is very fairly priced for the snowbirds with kids that demand mom and dad in the pool regardless of the outside air temp! The decor is upscale. The beds are comfy and large. The bathrooms are pampering. My kid swam like a fish while I played on the complimentary PS5 and the Mrs. sun bathed by the pool. It’s so close to groceries, food, downtown, and the beach. You can lounge or explore— there is no wrong choice. We got back into a good gym routine while staying as a Planet Fitness is 2 minutes drive. We appreciated the little things like pizza pans, extra pillows, towels galore, and coffee! Will stay again if it’s not already booked!
