This was our second Christmas as Cody and Lauren’s place and it was just as great as the first! We loved walking the Bradenton Public Market and Manatee Beach. The pool and hot tub were the perfect oasis from snowy Ohio. Highly recommend this comfortable, private house for your next get away!

We absolutely loved our stay—this Airbnb far exceeded our expectations. The space was immaculate, quiet, beautifully decorated, and felt truly high-end and luxurious while still being warm and welcoming. Everything was well stocked and thoughtfully laid out. The hosts were responsive, gracious, professional, and a pleasure to communicate with. The pool was beautiful and perfectly warm, which our daughter especially loved, and the surrounding foliage made the space feel private and serene. The extra room in the studio was a huge plus, allowing us to be together with family while still having privacy—it was very well designed and comfortable. The beds and linens were excellent. The neighborhood was incredibly peaceful at night, making it wonderfully restful. We enjoyed seeing peacocks nearby, appreciated the walkability, and loved the central location—close to everything, the airport, Siesta Key, and Jungle Gardens. It truly felt like home, and we would happily stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotless, beautifully kept, and incredibly well stocked—especially for cooking. We really appreciated having coffee and all the coffee condiments ready to go. The hot tub was awesome, and we had so much fun with all the games they provided. There were lots of TVs, all super easy to use, and it truly felt like the hosts thought of everything. Such a lovely, comfortable place—we would 100% stay here again!

An absolute dream. I was afraid it was too good to be true when I booked it but our whole family was blown away! We stayed very comfortably and had a wonderful dinner with our friends. The pool, gardens, outdoor kitchen, pickleball court, sauna, and interior were incredible. The whole property is beautiful beyond words. We loved reading about all of the gorgeous plants in the garden guide too. Thank you so much Cody and Lauren! This was one of our best vacations ever 😊

The house is absolutely beautiful. The beds were one of the comfiest beds. I’ve stayed in in an Airbnb. The pool was heated to 90° was a nice touch because it was 55° outside overall five stars.

10 OUT OF 10 PEROID. We had an incredible stay at this home for our wedding celebration. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, from the layout to the décor to how PERFECTLY maintained everything was. Honestly, I don’t know who to compliment more.. the architect, the cleaning crew, or the hosts. This place looked and felt top-tier. Chefs kiss 🤌🏼 The location near the bay was perfect, and what really pushed the experience over the top was how attentive Cody and Lauren were. Anytime we had a question, no matter the hour, they were right there with quick, helpful answers. You really can’t beat hosts who care that much. Overall, the house gave us everything we needed and then some. The combination of a stunning estate, a cosy setup for our whole group, and hosts who went above and beyond made our entire wedding weekend smooth and memorable. Zero complaints, just a genuinely great experience which is hard to find these days. We will be staying here again without question!
