I had an absolutely amazing stay at Cody and Laurens home. The whole house was so clean, i would say the cleanest Airbnb i have ever stayed in! Even though i stayed shortly, there was a ton to do! It was super peaceful. I will definitely be booking again!

The pictures can’t even describe how beautiful this house is we walked in and we were stunned. Instantly felt at home and the pool was amazing. 10 minute drive to the beach was perfect and the location was everything! Cody and Lauren were very responsive and even gave local recommendations, very sweet hosts and we will definitely be back again!

I had such a great stay! The space was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Cody and Lauren were incredibly helpful and attentive, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. This beautiful home definitely exceeded our expectations! The back yard was our most favorite part, we spent every single evening there. Beautiful view and a very lush garden area! Cody and Lauren were also so nice and helpful during our entire stay! thank you guys so much. and thank you guys so much for letting us have our beautiful ceremony there! it was everything and more of what we could have dreamed it to be❤️

Cody and Lauren’s place is amazingly beautiful and indeed, the best kept secret of Bradenton. This place is a diamond in a rough, as soon as you walk in, you are shocked to see how breathtaking this place is. The house is super spacious, full of natural light in the daytime and well lighted at night. You can tell that Cody and Lauren have invested immensely on this property. The place has cery comfy beds and couches , a swimming pool and jacuzzi, hot sauna (this was such a pleasant suprise), pot pot golf, a fire pit with wood, a pool table, table tennis, foosball table, a Sonos sound system in most of the house, many tvs in all rooms and the list goes on and on and on. Cody’s place is loaded with all kind of goodies. We had planned to do lots of sight seeing in the area instead we decided to just stay in and just enjoy the place. Our 11 month niece had the greatest time and Cody’s place was very kid friendly. This place has everything any family would need . Plan to visit again

This listing matched the description. It was a great stop for a family-great amenities, fun games for our children, plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the space. It was also close to shopping and activities. The outdoor space was well loved by our kids!

We spent my 40th Birthday weekend together with our closest friends and let me tell you , it was amazing!! One morning my best friend and I woke up at 530 am just to go sit out on the covered back patio to sip coffee, float in the pool and it felt like we were in the most serene tropical paradise all alone!! The house was so spacious and the aroma that flows through the air is captivating, the best smelling home I have ever been in!!! I promise you that you will not be disappointed!!! Book it!!! The beds were all so comfortable, the AC is pumping, the kitchen is so spacious and open. This was the best weekend away with our friends, and the mini outside bus bar is so cutteeee!! If you want somewhere to relax, unwind, sip a few cocktails and enjoy the back patio and pool with some family or friends, then do it!!
