We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home! The privacy was incredible, and the bed was so comfy. Plus, it's conveniently located close to everything in such a charming neighborhood. If I could make a friendly suggestion, it would be to give the house a little TLC—maybe declutter the garage, add some more glassware in the kitchen, and have the nicer microwave in the island work instead of the small one that's there now. Also, a little tweaking on the shower head in the master bath would be great, and lights to work in one of the bedrooms. We really understand how tough it can be to keep a home in perfect shape with renters coming and going, but honestly, these little things didn’t put a damper on our wonderful stay at all. We loved this rental and can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I enjoyed the five days we spent in Bradenton at Cody and Lauren’s . Everything was excellent and we enjoyed everything about the place and the location from restaurants to the beach and everything in between. Highly recommend and we will be back with our family.

WOW!! Our family had a wonderful stay, the perfect way to end the summer before school starts back up. The pictures don’t do this place justice. The split spaces, courtyard with pool and location does not disappoint! It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and well maintained inside and out. Cody and Lauren were great hosts— they were responsive and checked on us throughout our stay to ensure all was going well. They even recommended the local farmers market in downtown Sarasota— which ended up being one of our family’s favorite moments of the trip. Good sized home with a gorgeous backyard area and pool. Quiet neighborhood with an easy drive to the beach. Hosts provided clear info and were always very kind and responsive.

Had a great time at this house. The pool was clean and big enough for my kids to play all day in when we weren’t at the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. House is just a short drive away from AMI. Close to grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. I would highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous home, and all sorts of fun games. The pool, spa and sauna put this place in the rarest best finds Airbnb has to offer. If ever in the area again will check availability here first. The decor was minimalist and tasteful with all the best comforts of home and then-some. Highly recommend!

The only “hiccup” we had was the house did take a little bit to cool off when we arrived BUT the a/c kept the home EXTREMELY comfortable once we gave it some time to run. I would definitely stay at their rentals in the future based on this experience. Lastly we booked both listings as we had 16 people for a bachelorette and we were worried about everyone being “separated” and although the lot is big it also isn’t quite as spread out as we thought so that was very nice as well!

Love this place! Very cute, clean, comfortable. Feels like home. Cody and Laura are great hosts. Accommodating, responsive and helpful with all of my questions. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are super comfortable and the location is great! Easy drive to Bradenton, IMg academy. We will definitely stay again.

Cody and Lauren’s place is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Right when you walk in the door it smells so good and is so clean and beautiful! We had such a fun time in the pool and playing games. I hope we can reserve this place again in the future. I loved it so much. And so close to the beach and so much to do!!! Thank you so so much. We had a wonderful time.

When we were short on beach chairs, they quickly provided a solution. We tried four of their recommended restaurants, and every one was spot on—Rico’s pizza might have been our favorite!
